SPR# ADEE5XUAV5 - Fixed an intermittent client crash (error: OSVBlockAddr: Bad VBlock handle), which occurred after opening a local database.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering and has been
addressed in Notes Client release 6.0.4 and 6.5.2.

SPR# HTAA5VDDFT - Long workspace names (32 characters or 11 DBCS characters)
cause an uncorrectable error. This regression was introduced in 6.0.
As a workaround, you can shorten the Workspace page name.
The crash occurs because the workspace page is 32 characters or more, even
though, in the Notes Help ("To name a workspace page "), it states that Page
names can be up to 32 characters.
When you use DBCS (Double-Byte Character Set) in a page name, 11 DBCS
characters cause the same problem. More >
